5 open-source skills
Skills we actually use.
Each skill is a folder of instructions that teaches Claude how to handle one job in a vacation-rental business: replying to reviews, writing owner updates, refreshing a listing. Download one, upload it to Claude, and it works the same way for you. MIT licensed. No account, no signup.

drop in, done.
A skill is the Agent Skills format: a SKILL.md with a short description Claude reads to decide when to use it, plus the actual instructions and any reference files. The same zip works in the Claude apps, Cowork, and Claude Code.
- 1Pick a skill and download the zip. Each one unpacks to a single folder.
- 2Claude app or Cowork: Settings, then Capabilities, then Skills, then upload the zip. Claude Code: unzip into
~/.claude/skills/. - 3Ask for the job in plain words. Claude picks up the skill on its own. Open
SKILL.mdand change anything you would do differently.
