We’re looking for operators who’ve been through it. Maybe you hired the wrong person, fixed a process that was falling apart, and kept growing anyway. If you’ve got a story like that and the numbers to back it up, we’d love to hear it.
Who we’re looking for
- You’re in the business. You own, run, or lead a vacation-rental company, or you build products for the people who do.
- You can get specific. You’re comfortable sharing real numbers, real mistakes, and how you fixed them.
- You’ll be honest. We want to hear what actually happened, not the polished version.
How it works

- 02If it looks like a good fit, we’ll set up a quick intro call.
- 03We record remotely, usually for 45 to 60 minutes.
- 04When it’s live, we’ll send you the link and a few clips to share.
