When you contact us

We use the details you submit to review your pitch, answer your question, or discuss a sponsorship. Please leave out sensitive personal information that we do not need.

Guest pitches are shared with all four hosts. Online submissions can be delivered through email using Resend and through the team’s ClickUp inbox. Website delivery records are stored with Upstash and expire after seven days; copies received in email and ClickUp may remain while the team handles your message. Direct email goes through your email provider and ours.

For listener questions, we use your first name on air only if you select that option. Otherwise, we treat the submission as anonymous for on-air attribution.

Website visits and playback

Vercel hosts this website and provides web analytics. We record actions such as episode plays and listening-platform clicks; we do not include your form fields in those analytics events. Hosting providers may process connection information such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site.

Playing a video connects your browser to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Audio is delivered by the podcast’s hosting provider. External platforms apply their own privacy policies.

Spam prevention and delivery

When online forms are enabled, a hashed version of your IP address is used to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire after one hour. A submission reference helps us avoid duplicates and investigate delivery problems.
